Deep Product Expertise

Our help and support service includes the assistance of both technical staff and account management. Clients are assigned dedicated technical and business account executives.

Self-Service Knowledge Base

Each client has access to a customized knowledgebase so users and project managers can get answers to their questions quickly.

Reliability

The EVX Software infrastructure team works to ensure over 99.9% uptime of its platform. The Infrastructure team can be reached with any uptime issues, questions or concerns.

Fast Response Times

End-user support is available during US business hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM US Central Time) with a maximum response time of 24-hours. All maintenance and support Services are included as part of your software subscription.

Data Integrity

The EVX Software technical team will work to ensure data integrity across the system. All software updates and backups are monitored to prevent any data loss or alteration. We also have procedures to ensure that all data is backed-up daily and weekly. We can also provide advice on additional backup configuration and consultation when required.

Functionality

The EVX Software technical team will work to ensure all features work properly and continuously. Any functionality malfunctioning (aka ‘bug’) is immediately analyzed and diagnosed. Fixing work starts immediately when a bug is considered critical or high priority. User experience improvement and requests for new features are prioritized with relation to the ROI and added to the development roadmap, or can be changed in priority when committed as part of a custom development contract.

Data Confidentiality and Security

The EVX Software Security team works directly with clients to ensure all data is safe and that confidentiality is protected by both technical and procedural means. EVX Software will provide an extensive collection of security systems and tips, and its staff can be contacted for consulting on any information and infrastructure security issues and questions. All EVX Software staff has signed and are covered under extensive Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
