Before EVX Software was ever a company, it was an idea born from first-hand frustration. Our founders came from the same world we now serve, professionals juggling fieldwork, regulations, data-heavy reports, and clients with high expectations. We didn’t set out to build “just another software,” we built a solution we wished existed.
In 2009, EVX Software began as a project management tool for firms that valued security and precision. Over time, something interesting happened: environmental and engineering firms started adopting it. They saw how it made sense for their type of work: field-based, compliance-heavy, and dependent on collaboration across different teams and disciplines.
By 2018, we made a decision that shaped who we are today: to focus exclusively on supporting Environmental Consulting and Engineering firms. That meant understanding their daily realities, refining every feature to meet their operational needs, and committing to continuous improvement.
Our CEO, Conrado Viña, brings over a decade of experience building technology that helps businesses work smarter, not harder. His passion lies in transforming how consulting firms manage their projects, helping them spend less time on administration and more time delivering meaningful results.
Alongside him, our COO ensures that every process , from product development to client support, runs with the same efficiency and accountability we help our customers achieve. Our Customer Success Team works hand-in-hand with users, making sure every firm gets the most out of the platform. Our Development Team keeps the product evolving through thoughtful innovation, and our Marketing Team communicates the value of our work in a way that connects with real challenges, not buzzwords.
