EVX Software, a thriving SaaS startup, is searching for an experienced Account Executive to drive our platform's growth by engaging prospective clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in software sales and a passion for exceptional customer experiences. You'll build strong client relationships and demonstrate how our software addresses their business and project management needs effectively. Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand their project management needs and challenges.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of EVX Software's project management SaaS offerings and effectively articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the software's features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Contract preparation: Fill out and walk through contracts for new clients.
  • Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts to successfully close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to align strategies and provide valuable field insights.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable feedback for product development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful software sales experience, preferably in SaaS or project management solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and a "hunter" mentality for identifying and pursuing new leads.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating a "player coach" attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about new software products quickly.
  • Willingness to work hard and go the extra mile to achieve exceptional results.
