Pricing and the Sales Process

Do you offer a free trial?

Given the custom nature of our software we do not support free trials. It’s like buying a tailored suit before it’s been tailored - you have to use your imagination too much. Our sales team will work with you to demonstrate the functionality and give you a guided hands-on with the software. In some cases we can do a paid proof-of-concept to validate our solution will work for your needs.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Our standard subscription term is for one year with s one year renewable term. We also offer monthly plans as well. Please refer to your subscription agreement for specifics on when you can cancel your subscription.

Can I only purchase the modules I plan to use?

Yes. We will work with you to understand your needs and you only need to purchase what you and your team needs.

Do you offer pricing for different types of users?

Yes, the pricing is based on three different types of roles:

  1. Full access users (executives, project managers, etc) - all modules and reporting
  2. Consultants - tasks, time/expense entry and documents
  3. External consultants (1099s) - limited tasks, time/expense entry and documents
How much does EVX Software cost?

We customize our pricing based on each of our client’s needs and typically come in around half the cost (on a per user basis) of comparable enterprise project management systems. Our goal is to capture a very clear return-on-investment for your use of our software - can we increase the billable hours per user or reduce your costs so that you get 3x or more back on your investment?


Do you integrate with Quickbooks?

Yes, both the desktop and cloud based versions of the software.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, we have a mobile app that works on all smartphone platforms.

Can I restrict access to certain documents or information?

Yes. We have a very powerful permissions engine that allows you to manage access at a variety of levels. This includes restricting access at the client, project, department, project manager level - or any other level that makes sense for you. Plus, you can restrict access down to the object level (task, document, etc.)

Can I be confident trusting EVX with my critical data?

We take security and protection of your data extremely seriously. There are three facets to consider with regards to data protection: 1) protection from unauthorized access; 2) protection from loss; and 3) availability. We use only Tier 1 data centers that provide security access controls, power and network redundancy. We perform daily backups offsite and monthly backups to a third offsite location.

Are there limits to the amount of data that can be stored in EVX?

The standard amount of storage we offer is 1TB per organization, but this can be increased as needed for an additional charge.

Can my clients get access to the system?

Yes, clients get free access to documents you share directly with them.


What type of training will my team receive?

We will work with you to determine the best approach to training your team. Usually it is a combination of live web training and recorded training. We will be certain to make sure the team gets the attention it needs.

How long does an implementation usually take?

Implementations can take as little as two weeks, but vary widely based on a number of factors. Plus, faster isn’t always better. We will work with you to optimize the timeline to meet your needs and share our best practices to determine what will work best.
